The specificity of the long-awaited space for concerts is that it is <strong>one of the few examples in Europe which connect the two important institutions \u2013 Music and Ballet School.<\/strong> The modern building of the City Concert Hall on the Car Lazar Boulevard thus became the long-awaited home for these two schools with rich tradition, nurtured by generations of young talents. <strong>The \u2018Isidor Baji\u0107\u2019 Music School got its permanent place of residence after more than a century, while the Ballet School got it after 70 years.<\/strong><\/p><p>Stefan Milenkovi\u0107, one of the most famous violin virtuosos in the world, returned to Serbia, i.e., Novi Sad after a long career abroad, in order to perform the function of artistic director of the City Concert Hall. Mr Milenkovi\u0107 has expressed great enthusiasm about the new space for creative expression of young artists, since this will be the place where young artists, in addition to quality education, will be given a chance to learn from and perform with the greatest names of classical music.<\/p><p>The City Concert Hall <strong>covers the space of 15,000 square metres.<\/strong> The main hall has 480 seats, while the two smaller ones, have 250 and 180 seats, which significantly expands the concert capacities in the city. The fact that the city was provided with 76 new pianos speaks on the importance of the new-build attraction, which was the news that flashed around the region and world as well.<\/p><p>The Music and Ballet Schools will open the doors to new students, while we have had a chance to see the City Concert Hall at online Do\u010dek 7529, which is traditionally being implemented within the \u2018Novi Sad \u2013 European Capital of Culture\u2019 project. On 13 January, Mr Stefan Milenkovi\u0107 performed and famous Vasil Had\u017eimanov joined him at the extraordinary stage.
