The \u2018MigrArt\u2019 exhibition<\/strong><\/a>, which comprises works by artists from the five European Capitals of Culture, will be opened as the first exhibition at the open-air gallery in Novi Sad on 20 March at 11 a.m<\/strong>. After opening in the Liman Cultural Station, a public discussion with artists<\/a> will be organised at the site of Creative District at 12 p.m.<\/strong> The exhibition is part of the Migrations<\/strong><\/a> programme arch, which has dealt with the topic of migrations for almost two months.<\/p>\n

The first open-air gallery is a new artistic space, which will include the installation of 49 masts and 49 artistic flags at the entrance in Liman Park<\/strong>, known as the Suba\u2019s Plateau<\/strong> since 2012, dedicated to the pioneer of electronic music in the region and Latin America \u2013 Mitar Suboti\u0107 Suba.<\/p>\n

The \u2018MigrArt\u2019 exhibition will present works by contemporary artists, designers and illustrators from the five former, future and present European Capitals of Culture: Bod\u00f8, Rijeka, Esch, Veszpr\u00e9m and Novi Sad<\/strong>, who reassess the history of migrations in their countries, the modified official historical data, chronology and their personal experience through their works. The topic of migration has been considered in relation to ancient and contemporary historical events to answer the question \u2013 How do you perceive migrations?<\/strong><\/p>\n
