Three programmes <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/schools-of-the-future\/\"><strong>\u2018Schools of the Future\u2019<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/flags-of-the-future\/\"><strong>\u2018Flags of the Future\u2019<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/fairy-tales-of-the-future\/\"><strong>\u2018Fairy Tales of the Future\u2019<\/strong><\/a>, with 460 artists from 30 countries, will be presented through 270 different cultural events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Escape to the \u2018Schools of the Future\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Novi Sad&#8217;s \u2018schools of the future\u2019 will become stages for plays, exhibitions, musicals and experimental programmes. Supreme foreign artists, as well as the local ones, will become lecturers in 18 schools in Novi Sad. The world-renowned conductor <strong>Karmina \u0160ilec<\/strong> stands out, as well as famous European choreographers such as <strong>Panda van Proosdij<\/strong> and <strong>Stefan Lutherman<\/strong> from the Netherlands and <strong>Giovanni Zazzera<\/strong> and <strong>Rhiannon Morgan<\/strong> from Luxembourg. The four most prestigious dance ensembles will work with students at the new Ballet School and the Serbian National Theatre: the <strong>Jo Str\u00f8mgren Kompani<\/strong> (Oslo), the <strong>Batsheva Ensemble<\/strong> (Tel Aviv), <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/events\/masterclass-malpaso-havana\/\"><strong>Malpaso<\/strong><\/a> (Havana) and <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/events\/debate-ballets-jazz-montreal\/\"><strong>Ballet Jazz<\/strong><\/a> (Montreal). In the visual arts in the \u2018Schools of the Future\u2019 programme, the lecturers will be the Japanese artist Akinori Oishi and the painter Chantal Mike. For three days, with more than 70 events, dance, performances, plays, activations, exhibitions, concerts and workshops will revive the space of authentic industrial heritage of Novi Sad. \u2018Flags of the Future\u2019 singles out four unusual exhibitions. From <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/events\/exhibition-drawings-travel-through-time\/\">children&#8217;s works<\/a>, which include generations of children more than half a century, <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/events\/they-live-student-lives-revealed-through-context-based-art-practices\/\">student works<\/a> that show their everyday life, new contemporary art practices, to works by young artists who have the opportunity to express themselves through innovative art forms, such as the first Novi Sad <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/events\/the-leave-or-stay-exhibition\/\">open-air gallery<\/a> \u2013 young people shape the Creative District in their own style. In this segment, <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/events\/art-in-the-palm-of-your-hand-the-first-festival-of-applied-theatre\/\">five performances<\/a> stand out, <a href=\"https:\/\/kalendar.novisad2022.rs\/en\/events\/groovin-street-dance-festival\/\">a street dance festival<\/a>, an art circus, and the program by A1 Serbia \u2013 environmental workshop \u2018Better Air for All\u2019, as well as the workshop \u2018Me as a Digital Editor\u2019, led by two influencers, <strong>Aleksa Todorovi\u0107<\/strong> and <strong>David Pavlovi\u0107<\/strong>. Also, for the first time in Novi Sad, more than 30 young musicians from all over Europe, the region and Serbia, will present themselves through a variety of music genres. Novi Sad and its surroundings will tell 200 new and unique stories through operas for children, puppet shows and interactive theatre ensembles, which will unite artists from 13 countries.
