This program consisted of four days of lectures and workshops for young professionals, focusing on cultural engagement in public spaces, participatory planning, ecological principles, and production management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"840\">This was also the first module of the project, organized by the <em data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"624\">Novi Sad \u2013 European Capital of Culture<\/em> Foundation, one of the project partners. Among the lecturers were Martin and Eva Tomko, producers and marketing managers from Germany and Poland, who spent five years working on the Garbitz Festival in Poland. Additionally, our colleague Sanja Popov Leban from Slovenia shared her experience organizing the Sajeta Festival, which takes place annually in the beautiful natural setting along the So\u010da River. Representing the Novi Sad \u2013 European Capital of Culture Foundation, artistic director Monika Ponjavi\u0107 Bilbija shared her experience in organizing the Kaleidoscope of Culture,&#8220;<\/em> said Milica Ra\u0161kovi\u0107 from the Foundation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1956\">Event Lab is an educational platform that combines theoretical and practical learning through four training modules in four different cities, led by top experts in event management and cultural production. The program aims to provide young professionals with comprehensive education and hands-on experience by working on four innovative festivals in 2025 and 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2314\"><em data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2266\">&#8222;I am very pleased with the program because it covers all the essential topics related to event management and festival and open-air event management in general. I especially appreciate the invited lecturers. I particularly enjoyed the discussion on the social aspects of festivals and the involvement of local communities in festival events,&#8220;<\/em> said Karolj Njari, another participant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"3260\">The next module, <em data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"2975\">Module 2: Risk Management and Artistic Programming<\/em>, will also take place in Serbia, in Kanji\u017ea, at the beginning of April. The third and fourth modules, <em data-start=\"3078\" data-end=\"3136\">Module 3: Communication and Marketing of Open-Air Events<\/em> and <em data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3188\">Module 4: Event Implementation and Evaluation<\/em>, will be held in Hungary at the end of April and early May this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3262\" data-end=\"3804\">The general goal of the <em data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3297\">Parks4All<\/em> project, coordinated by the <em data-start=\"3326\" data-end=\"3351\">Cinema City Association<\/em> from Novi Sad, is to strengthen cooperation and capacity-building between the Hungarian and Serbian contemporary cultural and creative sectors. The project aims to create a sustainable tourism offer by enhancing professional competencies and artistic production among 36 young cultural managers and artists, particularly those from vulnerable groups, through a series of 19 innovative and inclusive public space events during the educational program.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3806\" data-end=\"4026\">Project partners include the <em data-start=\"3835\" data-end=\"3875\">Novi Sad \u2013 European Capital of Culture<\/em> Foundation, the <em data-start=\"3892\" data-end=\"3940\">Youth and Cultural Association Wemsical Serbia<\/em>, the <em data-start=\"3946\" data-end=\"3973\">Catholic Youth Foundation<\/em>, and <em data-start=\"3979\" data-end=\"4025\">DDTG Duna Fejleszt\u0151 Transznacion\u00e1lis Csoport<\/em>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the ongoing international project Parks4All, the first educational program, Event Lab: Open-Air Event Management for Cultural Managers and Producers, has been completed.
