On this occasion, \u2018Euronews\u2019, one of the leading European channels, published an article about Novi Sad and the most interesting parts of the city, manifestations and cultural institutions.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15872\" src=\"https:\/\/novisad2022.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Visit-NS-Trg-slobode-foto-Jelena-Ivanovic-26.jpg\" alt=\"euronews o novom sadu\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Helen Elfer<\/strong>, a journalist who wrote articles for world famous media such as <em>CNN, Lonely Planet,<\/em> etc., picked the most attractive locations and events tourist should visit for \u2018Euronews\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>As she said \u2018<strong>Novi Sad is the city where disused factories become venues very rich in art, a historic Fortress doubles as a music festival site where one of the biggest festivals in Europe is held and street art brightens up the most hidden neighbourhood corners. Therefore, it\u2019s almost too easy to immense yourself in Novi Sad\u2019s cultural scene<\/strong>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Elfer placed <a href=\"https:\/\/kulturnestanice.rs\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cultural stations<\/a> on the top of the list that present new spaces for culture and art and have been opened within the \u2018Novi Sad \u2013 European Capital of Culture\u2019 project.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15871\" src=\"https:\/\/novisad2022.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/KS-Svilara-foto-Jelena-Ivanovic-95-1.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As she said, all of them are placed in beautiful and pleasant spaces that offer a fascinating insight into the past of Novi Sad as well as contemporary art. In the <a href=\"https:\/\/svilara.kulturnestanice.rs\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Svilara Cultural Station<\/a>, the former factory for silk dyeing in Alma\u0161 neighbourhood, contemporary art and photography exhibitions are being held in an atmospheric, industrial space. The <a href=\"https:\/\/edjseg.kulturnestanice.rs\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Egys\u00e9g Cultural Station<\/a>, the place where concerts and workshops are being held, has left Ms Elfer with great impression as well. The magnificent ch\u00e2teau that dates from the 19th century has been brought to life after the complete renovation of the space, stressed the journalist.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15873\" src=\"https:\/\/novisad2022.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/KS-Edjseg-foto-Jelena-Ivanovic-5-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In addition to cultural stations, Ms Elfer stressed that tourists in Novi Sad have to visit the Petrovaradin Fortress, one of the most preserved fortifications in Europe with its underground canal system, the \u2018drunken clock\u2019 and city museum, the Museum of Vojvodina and the Gallery of Matica Srpska. Recommendations include Novi Sad murals and street art scene, as well as highlight manifestations such as the EXIT Festival, Gradi\u0107 Fest and Sterijino Pozorje.
