Lumo Light Festival Oulu (Finland) is inviting artists, designers, lighting professionals, students, and educational institutions to submit proposals for the 2026 edition of the festival. The open call is focused on light installations, video mapping, and interdisciplinary projects using light across fields such as music, dance, theatre, and new technologies, with a strong emphasis on outdoor public spaces.
The theme of the 2026 festival is “The Other Side”, and the event will take place from 19–22 November 2026 in Oulu city centre and surrounding parks.
