During the next year, 2022, three European cities will hold the prestigious title of European Capital of Culture Esch-sur-Alzette (Luxembourg), Kaunas (Lithuania) and Novi Sad (Serbia). On that occasion, yesterday in Kaunas, at an international press conference, the programme concepts of all three cultural capitals were presented.

In addition to the artistic and programme concept, the involvement of the scene and citizens and European themes and artists, a key role in the implementation of the Novi Sad – European Capital of Culture project has a transparent investment in space and programme capacities during and after the title year.
The third week of the Kaleidoscope of Culture turns the Suburbium of the Petrovaradin Fortress into the literature centre, where numerous local and European authors from eight countries will meet, while afterwards, the events will take place across the city within the literature week from 18 until 23 September.
