The fourth Kaleidoscope of Culture begins with the opening ceremony in Creative District in Novi Sad on 2 September, which will be an overture to five-week programme through five forms of art – architecture, literature, visual, applied and performing arts. The programmes will be presented across Novi Sad until 8 October.
