Tell Us What Do You Expect from the European Capital of Culture Project
14/02/2018

During last week, from 5 to 9 February, the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation had an open call for volunteers within the International Theatre Festival in Romanian city of Sibiu, which was European Capital of Culture in 2007. This programme covers travel expenses and accommodation for a three-week period and participation in implementation of the festival according to professional affiliations. We are pleased to announce that the number of applications was high, that there were 962 visits to our side in order to get more information about the call, and that the news about the call reached 16623 people on social networks.

The great interest for this call prompted the Foundation to invite all subjects in cultural and creative industries to contact us and tell us their interests in terms of professional engagement and what type of activities they expect from the Foundation in this regard. The ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation wants to know your interests and needs, so feel free to write to us at: info@ns2021.rs.

One of the most important goals set by the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation in the mission to implement the Novi Sad – European Capital of Culture projects is education, affirmation and mobility of workers in cultural and creative industries. Having this in mind, our activities are focused on creating such opportunities for creating network of partners and participants in projects, and for designing programmes in order to fulfil these tasks.
