Public Call for Participation in ‘Europe for Citizens’ Programme Presentation in Novi Sad

‘Novi Sad – European Capital of Culture’ Foundation and the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as the National Contact Point for the ‘Europe for Citizens’ EU Programme in Serbia, invite cultural institutions and other interested stakeholders – organisations of civil society that work in the field of culture and art on the territory of Novi Sad and Zone 021 (Sremski Karlovci, Beočin, Irig), to apply their representatives for participation in presentation of the ‘Europe for Citizens’ programme.

The presentation will be held in the Svilara Cultural Station (Đorđa Rajkovića Street no. 6/b), on Monday, 7 July 2020, at 10 a.m.

The aim of the presentation is to present goals and priorities of the EU programme ‘Europe for Citizens’, introduction to its structure and deadlines for submitting project proposals, as well as the presentation of the results of participants from Serbia achieved so far.

Individual consultations regarding the project proposals will be held after the presentation.

You can apply only by electronic means via e-mail on the address: sanja.atanaskovic@civilnodrustvo.gov.rs no later than Friday, 4 July 2020 at 2 p.m.

The general objectives of the ‘Europe for Citizens’ programme are contributions to understanding the European Union, its history and diversity, as well as the promotion of European citizenship and improvement of civil and democratic engagement at the EU level. Note: Organisers are not able to cover travel costs of participant(s).

The programme presentation will be organised in accordance with recommendations and guidelines for prevention and protection from the COVID – 19 virus.
