The ‘Novi Sad 2021 – European Capital of Culture’ Foundation organises ‘Days of Novi Sad in Pécs’ in cooperation with partners from ECoC Pécs, within the Sétatér Festival on 15, 16 and 17 June 2018. The manifestation will be opened by press conference in the City Hall of Pécs on 15 June at 2 p.m.
The conference will feature László Őri, Deputy Mayor of Pécs, Srđan Kružević, Deputy Mayor of Novi Sad, while Vuk Radulović will participate on behalf of the Department for International Relations of the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation. Balázs Vincze, CEO of the Zsolnay Heritage Management Ltd. and Károly Méhes, manager of the Programme for Writers in Pécs will also attend the event.
During the ‘Days of Novi Sad in Pécs’ manifestation organised by the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation, Novi Sad music scene will represent Drum‘n’Zez, Milena Jančurić Group and Zorule tamburitza orchestra at the main square of this Hungarian city.
The Sétatér Festival will be held from 7 to 17 June 2018. In the last 20 years, this event has become a synonym for gathering, great music and high-quality programme.
The ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation meets objectives of the cultural internationalisation through this manifestation, creates opportunities for mobility of our artists and continues to foster good relationship with Pécs – European Capital of Culture in 2010.
