The Project Novi Sad 2021 has signed another agreement on mutual cooperation. This time it is a collaboration with Greek city of Larissa, candidate for the European Capital of Culture in 2021. In the aftermath of the work meeting held on 14 September, Executive Director of the project Larissa 2021 George Sarlis and Programme Director of the Project Novi Sad 2021 Momčilo Bajac signed an agreement by which two projects are obligated to share knowledge, experiences and good practices in the field of culture and creative industries.
The agreement includes joint work in the field of innovative and experimental art that includes participation of citizens, then visits of artists, projects related to the European diversity, educational projects for children and youth, and a joint application for EU funds.
The most important aspect of the agreement is that cities are committed to implement this agreement regardless of the outcome of the nomination.
