Many solutions require creativity and there is a great significance of the European Capital of Culture – to contribute to dialogue and thus encourage neighbours to creatively solve problems and improve the quality of life in the community’, said Milica Rašković from the Programme Development Sector of the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation.
