You will have the opportunity to see what a Japanese pizza looks like and how it tastes within the ‘Tastes of Japan’ manifestation, which will be held in the Egység Cultural Station tomorrow.
Okonomiyaki, the Japanese pizza or the salty pancake as some people call it, will be prepared by Kaori Yoshida, who comes from Japan and is a great fan of Serbia, Serbian food and culture.
The citizens of Novi Sad will have a chance to enjoy the Japanese cuisine today from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m, as well as tomorrow from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.
However, this is not all because, in addition to Japanese specialties, visitors can expect interesting workshops, lectures and concerts.
Entrance is free.
Kaori Yoshida is not visiting Novi Sad for the first time, she is already known to fans of Japanese cuisine, and her goal is to open a Japanese cuisine restaurant in our city, thus she is studying the Serbian language.
The ‘Tastes of Japan’ programme is implemented within the Gastro Challenge project, on which the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation and EU-Japan Fest cooperate.
