The project Novi Sad 2021 enters in the phase of preparing projects that will be part of the official program. Since the European Capital of Culture is intended for citizens, we wish you to shape the program together with the expert team. We invite all institutions and individuals from public, private and non-governmental sector who work in culture and who have original ideas to join the project Novi Sad 2021.
