During recent weeks Novi Sad has been in the focus of national media, which is due to entering the final phase for the title of European Capital of Culture 2021. The opponent to Serbian Athens is a Montenegrin town of Herceg Novi, and decision will be known in October. What does Novi Sad have, what does it have to do and what it has been doing so far?
