The Website has a purpose to lay out the concept and objectives of the European Capital of Culture title, as well as to present the programme which will be available in Novi Sad during 2022, in which Novi Sad will proudly hold the title of European Capital of Culture.
These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute a legally binding Agreement applicable to you, once you access or use our Website.

Severability and entire agreement

This Agreement, including all the eventual amendments, represent the entire agreement between you and Foundation with respect to subject matter hereof, and it shall supersede all prior written or oral understandings and agreements between you and Foundation.
In case of a disagreement between the provisions of this Agreement and any understanding, statement, representation, information, content available on our Website, or other data contained in any other material and correspondence between you and Foundation, this Agreement shall prevail.
Applicable law and Dispute resolution
This Agreement and any matter or dispute arising out of or related to the subject matter of Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, excluding the conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the competent court at the seat of the owner of Website.
