Within the candidacy of Novi Sad for the European Capital of Culture, starting from February 1st, the Day of the city, on instagram profile Novi Sad 2021 , (https://www.instagram.com/novisad_2021/) we will begin a cycle of photographs „CultTour 365“ in cooperation with a famous Novi Sad photographer Aleksandar Milutinovic.
He is known by his photographs “ Novi Sad through the lens in 365 days”, presented on social networks, where he, in a unique and special way, shows our city and emphasizes the most beautiful in it.“ Photography is my love and passion, just like my city. So I merged them. With this project, I wanted through a photographing tour, in the upcoming year, to show everything that is important and makes culture as a way of living. I hope that this will be just another contribution to Novi Sad, after a successful entry into the final, to win the prestigious title of European Capital of Culture 2021, „stated Mr. Aleksandar Milutinovic.
The cycle of photographs „CultTour 365“ will follow cultural life of Novi Sad and all its diversity. The artist wants in a specific way to highlight the cultural diversity of the city. Thanks to social networks, modern means of communication, his wish and desire is for those photographs to be seen both in Serbia and abroad.
„Among 365 photos that will be presented to the general public, I believe some will stand out and become a trademark of the nomination itself and make our citizens even more proud of it, and make everyone else want to visit it . “ said Nemanja Milenkovic, Organizing Committee President of Novi Sad candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2021.
