Mr Slobodan Lukičić, President of the ‘Rotary Club Novi Sad‘ donated a stair-carry to Tijana Palkovljević Bugarski, Chairperson of the Steering Committee of the ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation and Tamara Zelenović on Saturday, 1 July 2018.

The stair-carry will significantly contribute to improving the accessibility of cultural institutions in Novi Sad and Zone 021 (municipalities of Irig, Beočin and Sremski Karlovci) as well, since the plan of the Foundation is to lend the stair-carry based on individual requirements of the institutions, within the ‘Access Art 2021’ project. The Foundation will also use it to increase the accessibility of its programmes in the cultural institutions and other spaces planned for organisation of cultural contents.

Increasing the accessibility of cultural institutions and programmes in the field of culture was pointed out as one of the priorities in the Strategy of Cultural Development of the City of Novi Sad. The ‘Novi Sad 2021’ Foundation defined it as priority in its work as well, through the bid-book and programmes that have been implemented since 2017, in preparation for the title year.
