In order to raise capacities for financing projects of cultural institutions from European funds, the ‘Novi Sad 2021 – European Capital of Culture’ Foundation and European Affairs Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina will organise training for workers in cultural institutions from Novi Sad and Zone 021 (Irig, Beočin and Sremski Karlovci) on 21, 22 and 23 March.

The main goal of the training is to train participants to independently formulate project proposals and to strategically position them in framework of defined priorities and measures, as well as financial limits. During the training, participants will develop skills and stances that are needed for taking active roles in development and implementation of projects at local and regional levels.

The training is continuation of joint work of the ‘Novi Sad 2021 – European Capital of Culture’ Foundation and institutions of culture from Novi Sad on developmental processes, and it is the result of cooperation with the European Affairs Fund with whom we signed cooperation agreement in December 2017.
