International Relations Manager and Project Coordinator, Mr. Vuk Radulović, presented the concept of the project Novi Sad 2021 at the regular meeting of the Deputy Ambassador of the European Union. The meeting was held in the building of the EU Delegation in Belgrade, and the representative of our team attended the meeting at the invitation of Mr. Oscar Benedict, Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia.

On this occasion, the basic concept and strategy for the implementation of the proposed measures were presented. At the same the support for the project Novi Sad 2021 and the development of new cultural links with countries of origin, but also with the cities of former and future European Capitals of Culture was requested. Once again was repeated that the project Novi Sad 2021 aims to become a generator of economic development of the city and the Platform for connecting European and local culture of Novi Sad and the Europeans. It was agreed to develop contacts for potential cooperation in the future. Efforts and commitment of our city to become European Capital of Culture were especially commended.
